ManualFox provides a free, searchable library of user manuals, service guides, installation instructions, and related documents ('Manuals'). Manuals may be viewed online or downloaded as PDF files. ManualFox also provides an AI-powered Q&A feature, a manual submission tool, and community features.
3. Permitted Use
You may use ManualFox for personal, non-commercial purposes including finding, reading, downloading, and printing manuals for devices and equipment you own or service. You may share links to ManualFox pages. You may not scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content from ManualFox without prior written permission. You may not use automated tools to submit large quantities of content.
4. Intellectual Property
Manuals hosted on ManualFox remain the intellectual property of their respective manufacturers and publishers. ManualFox does not claim ownership of uploaded manuals. The ManualFox name, logo, website design, and proprietary features are the intellectual property of ManualFox Inc. You may not reproduce or repurpose our branding without written permission.
5. User Submissions
By uploading a manual, you represent that you have the right to share it and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant ManualFox a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute the content you submit. ManualFox reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law without notice.
6. Copyright & DMCA
ManualFox respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to dmca@manualfox.com including: (i) identification of the copyrighted work; (ii) identification of the infringing material and its URL; (iii) your contact information; (iv) a statement of good faith belief; and (v) your signature. We will process valid notices within 5 business days.
7. Disclaimers
ManualFox provides manuals 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any manual for a particular purpose. Always consult a qualified professional for complex repairs or safety-critical procedures. ManualFox is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from use of information found in manuals on our platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManualFox and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months (which for free users is $0).
9. Termination
ManualFox reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users, ManualFox, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
